Unreachable telephonically nor through emails

One can never seem to get assistance from UNISA. They never answer any telephone calls nor do the respond to email enquiries. Last year I had to physically go there for an enquiry that didn't even take 10 minutes to resolve. With the constant rise in Covid cases UNISA should be trying by all means to limit campus walk-ins.
