Unprofessional service!!

The finance department guy is disrespecting and unprofessional for one, he wearing his earphone on duty whilst assisting us, I just did not get how he works. When asked for directions "he literally said go straight then you'll see counter 10" whilst sitting down and get giving a flying F about assisting me or anything I was asking which was not even there, I then went to the securities for some clearance and they said there's no counter 10 here and laughed at how mad I was, and asked me who sent you there, I responded Sam. I had to walk to a different office to be assisted about my quiry, by people who are not even working in his department. It's disgusting and *********.
