Unprofessional Behaviour

I registered with Unisa on 14 January 2016 and paid the minimum amount required. As I understand there was problems with registrations due to the strikes, I assumed that registrations will take a little longer than usual to go through. One month later, myunisa (the online version) was updated saying that it required special permission from the faculty, which was fair as it is for non-degree purposes. On 16 March, I read on myunisa that my registration was too late and that I did not pay. Now I have to wait till second semester to complete this subject. This is very unprofessional and should not be my problem. I registered and paid well in advance! I called the Middelburg offices just to be told to call the main campus in Pretoria. All lines have been engaged!
