Unprofessional and unorganized!!

I am getting fed up with unisa! All they want is for you to pay money before a certain date and when you pay they don't care when you receive your study material or not. I have emailed despatch about 10 times now asking when my study material will arrive. No answer. Yesterday I fot a whatsapp from someone who told me my study material was delivered to them all the way in the Free State, while I live in Cape Town. I emailed unisa also, but surprise surprise no reply. Unisa shouldn't even have emails. Now I don't have study material.
