Unprofessional and horrible service

I had followed all the steps to receive a refund from UNISA, the forms had stated that the refund would be processed within 15 business days. The 15 days have lapsed and I have just been informed that my application had not even been processed yet with no apology or explanation whatsoever. UNISA continues to shock me at the way it treats the affairs of it's students.
