Unprofessional

The level of unprofessionalism at unisa is getting out of hand especially the Finance department.last year in septemeber some of my fees were suspended and my account showed that it is was fully paid now this February they are reinstating those amounts and its blocking my resulting all along i thought my account was paid up. in last last minutes they reinstate those amounts this is very unfair. I could have paid these amounts before writing my exams.
