Unpaid refund

I would like to express how frustrated I am, on the 7th of March I went to UNISA to cancel registration, I completed a refund form and emailed it together with the supporting documents requested. Tried to email the finance department with no response and have been to the campus. Up until today I have not gotten my money back.
