I have a case with University of South Africa, so I registered with unisa in 2023 . But the problem was that staff are unhelpful ,they don't respond to emails and calls while their system is outdated. For the first semester registered 3 modules,so the problem that in first assessment, the book that we need to study in order to answer the assessment,was being accessable by certain student,so u might have time to study but the book is unavailable.for the second module , first assessment, they wrote the notice that the assessment will be posted on a certain date, but when I log in on that date the were 6 or 4 number and I emailed and called the lecture no response and end up calling all lecture on my course pack book no response.After 30 month I got hold of the lady in admin, she just told me how am reliable for paying the money even if I deregister.when I told that I deregistered unisa lecture take online student and fail to deliver good service and respond to email and calls and this institute messed my plan and financial ****med me ,after registration lecture don't respond to email and call while knowing that they system is outdated ,so couldn't risk my academic record .now they harassment me with calls everyday asking when am I paying the outstanding balance...even shock that it took me three to get hold of them for us to find solution because I feel like I am ****med by unisa but now since they want the outstanding they call everyday. Still wish to get my registration money.. since they registered me , left me with outdated system and no response on calls and email, please also assist to get back my registration money and them to remove the outstanding since they left me hanging .
