UNISA's terrible administration

UNISA administration is terrible, taking more than two months to get an academic record from this institution. Its staff take no responsibility and they make it feel as if the little they do for people they servicing is a favor not them doing the job they hired to do.

And UNISA should just disconnect their lad lines it never goes through ever...
