Unisa’s Registration Process Is a Disaster

We wish we could give a rating worse than “terrible.” We have never encountered a website or registration process as dysfunctional as that of Unisa. Is this really what students - both local and international are expected to go through? The contact numbers provided for assistance don’t even work, so when the system fails (which it does consistently), there is absolutely no help available. The site requires you to select a “proposed qualification” and even states that returning students will see all previously registered and newly app**** qualifications on the list -except there is NOTHING to select. Because of this, we cannot proceed with registration at all. Students are being blocked from registering due to a broken system, through no fault of their own. This is absolutely unacceptable and pathetic!
