UNISA'S REFUND REQUEST NOT RESPONDING

Hello Peter, can you please assist me here. I have been sending unisa department from last year about requesting my fund and my late mom's fund since she was also a student there.

They sent me a copy of my account and also told me to write an affidavit also to send them all the important documents for my late since since am an Executor but on their email they have said am a deceased and that also made me unhappy but ok i did send the documents on the 5th of January till today no responce from them. I have also told them that i want to use the money urgently. They are not even picking up their phone. Whats the use for them to give us a phone number while they know that they wont pick it up? My student number is ********** 2. Please assist me.
