UNISA's procedures and supplementary examinations

As a Postgraduate student at UNISA I've had several times bad experiences with UNISA. Especially with the past examination period. Firstly the preparation towards the exams was really not up to standard as there were errors in the examination tutorial letters. We've waited almost 2 months for the examination results. Which put us as CTA students in a very bad situation as we didn't know whether we need to prepare for baord 1 exam. A lot of students failed the subject TAX with a strong yearmark of 60% and above. The examination marks varies between 35% - 39% just under the 40% to allow us to write a supplementary examination. The examination results look suspicious as it is more or less the same for everyone. If you apply to obtain your examination script, you wait 4 - 6 weeks which will be most probably be after the supplementary examination period. The remark take about 3 months which is also after the supplementary examination period. UNISA's procedures doesn't make any sense as not the remark or purchase of script will be very helpful in the case of a supplementary examination. A lot of students send emails to UNISA's professors with already 2 days of no feedback.
