Unisas lack of work ethic

I have NEVER experienced such pathetic service in my life. One would expect the service to be at least evident while studying through correspondence but obviously not with Unisa! Tried to register at the branch in Nelspruit, no help. Changed everything myself online. My financial details show they have received my payment for registration but on my Unisa site it shows 'awaiting payment' . I am STILL waiting for feedback on this issue and have quite literally called EVERY SINGLE branch. Either the phone just doesn't ring, it rings and no one answers or someone answers AND PUTS THE PHONE DOWN IN YOUR EAR.

I will never recommend a single person to study through Unisa, you are definitely not paying for assistance. Not even head office bothers to answer emails or phone calls! I now have to take unpaid leave to sit at the branch for the day, worse than home affairs!
