UNISAs inability to assist students

I'm so fed up with UNISA and their inability to answer calls or emails. Been waiting for a reply from them via email since 29 January 2020.. It's almost a year later and no reply. There are over 50 numbers on the UNISA website, half of them does not exist, and some go directly to some voicemail. The rest ring and ring and ring.... Why do I pay study fees for no assistance...? I have countless emails to various UNISA email addresses and various reference numbers, but no one answers calls to assist me....
