UNISA'S FLAWED SYSTEM

I would like to express how disappointed I am with flawed system at Unisa. I have never dealt with such incompetence in my dear life. I wrote my online exam last year in Oct 2020. I experienced problems with uploading my paper. I contacted Mr Khumalo Bongani explaining my problem, he advised I try the alternative, which I did but to no avail. I app**** for a agroatat because I tried everything possible to upload my paper. Just as I was about to give up, my paper managed to upload. I have sent emails to finance, exam, Prof Budeli and my Lecturer Mr Khumalo, who said he could not assist me because it's above his jurisdiction. To date, I have not received my Oct 2020 results. I'm being sent from pillar to post, everyone keeps saying they will get back to me but no does.
