UNISA's Consultant's are LACKING KNOWLEDGE!!!

UNISA's telephone consultant's LACK OF KNOWLEDGE!! Has resulted in me not being offered a place as a RETURNING STUDENT to study my LLB in 2022!!!!! Because there is no place so I have been WAIT LISTED! I app**** on the 19th August 202, and only got feedback on Tuesday the 14th December that I gave been wait listed because only on the 23/12/21 were my results that have been out from 28/09/21 sent, which I had to send MYSELF,and I was not told that by any other consultant that I've spoken to since September EXCEPT for the consultant that I spoke to on the 10th December 2021!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS MISINFORMED ABOUT HOW THE UNIVERSITY WILL RECEIVE MY RESULTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL TAKE THIS HIGHER!!!!!! THEY NEED TO BE DEALT WITH SEVERELY, THIS IS SOMEONE'S FUTURE IN YOUR HANDS AND YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE TO BE SITTING THERE AND ASSISTING STUDENTS!!!!!!!!!! FOR THEIR STUPIDITY, US STUDENTS MUST PAY THE PRICE!!! and wait for the next application period...
