Unisa’s *****ry, ************** and unfair treatment

I app**** to study for a BA Honours in Psycological counseling. My application was declined and I appealed. My appeal was also declined and I appealed again with a supporting referral from a staff member. I was still declined. My problem is that the response is exactly the same, citing the original reason even after I wrote a motivational letter and attached a recommendation letter from a staff member of Unisa as per requirement.
