UNISA - ZERO CORRESPONDANCE!!!

I’ve app**** and paid for my application fee successfully MONTHS AGO and i’m still waiting for ANY correspondence from UNISA as to regards to my application. I’ve tried contacting them NUMEROUS times either telephonically or via email - from the contact details supp**** on their website - with NO success.
