UNISA-WORST SERVICE TO NON

I am a student at Unisa for sometime now, and I don't recall them ever answering a single call, their phones just ring non stop and there is never an answer. I sent them emails but they don't revert. This is by far the worst institution to study with and in South africa we don't really have a lot of options when it comes to distance learning. I still have not received my study material and have an assignment due next week. there is so many things i need clarity from but nowhere to go. It seems we are just pumping unisa with money and they are just USELESS!!!!
