UNISA worst online studying platform

This online platform of studying is just the worst. You cannot access the system to do any work: even logging in is problem never mind submitting an assignment or exam. Don't attempt to phone anyone at any department at UNISA as you will get no answer. You will also not get any response to any email from any department if you send an email. I am a paying student at UNISA but this is useless. IF there is anyone out there that can assist me or is willing to assist me please do
