Unisa - When will I get my nsfas allowances!

Unisa, you are the worst institution ever! I am so fed up with you guys. It is a joke. I am still waiting on my nsfas allowances. I am sending emails and nobody bothers to answer any of my emails. I mean where have our country gone, you are suppose to be the front runners in distance learning because you have been around the block for many years. I feel ashamed being part of your university, because, I know I am a hardworking individual and yet you guys cannot even answer an email consisting of at least 20-30 words. Unisa is a shame!
