UNISA whats happening at your instution

So i have registered to study through UNISA and got rejected for law, i reapp**** and i was advised to send a e-mail through i-study for assistance, it has been nearly a week and yet i have received no response at all. I call no one answers, i e-mail no one replies. Ive been at the institution last year and i was there years prior as well to inquire about something and nothing has changed most of the advisors have a stinking attitude as if the world owes them everything and you should bow with grace because they offering you a service, this is disgraceful if you ask me. Funny enough im not the only one who has experienced this bad service and poor attitude from advisors. So if your an institution of education why are your advisors not educated enough and properly trained to offer the best advice with an attitude that suggests humility.
