UNISA WANT ME TO RE WRITE EVEN THOUGH I PASSED.

Good day hello Peter . i`m lying a complain at UNISA, as i registered with them to do a course where it has 7 modules , i registered only 3 modules for the first semester then unisa send me 4 modules. i then called unisa advising them , that i was send 4 module what must i do. The lady advised that i can write the other module, i told the lady that at work are the once who are paying this fees not me,the lady said no problem you will receive the results, now they tell me i have pay to for my results , okay , then do supplements and pate Gideon who is working there told me on an email that i have passed all my module AND now he says i`ll have to write supplements.. i don`t understand that, that even though i paid my full payment...
