UNISA/ Vodacom Data Package - Shocking

After applying for the Vodacom 3GB - 6 month data package through UNISA on the 26 June 2015 and numerous emails and phone calls both to Unisa and Vodacom, I have yet to receive my data. <br> <br> I have been given the run around by Unisa saying the person who is responsible for the Vodacom acc was on leave. They were due back on the 20th July and to date, still no response or data. <br> <br> I find this shocking as there are assignments due and I am left without any data.
