Unisa useless in every aspect

My daughter is writing exams in less than 2 weeks and has been trying for over a month to get hold / any feedback from a tutor / teaching assistant for access to the Mastering Statistics for her exams, yet nobody has contacted her back. Their phone lines are always busy and no one answers the other contact numbers. The call center has the most useless people working there who cant even assist with the simplest of things if and when you finally get through. This is supposed to be a higher learning institute with educated individuals who are ABLE to help our up and coming future.
