UNISA USELESS COMMUNICATION

I made an error in date of registration. I called to rectify, was told no problem, I just need to make sure I pay my registration fee before 12. I'm then told I will get proof via sms that afternoon. Two weeks later, no help, no explanation, I cannot get onto myunisa, I cannot get through to anyone who can direct me, but of course my money was gladly taken.
