Unisa... Useless... But whats new?

The application process at unisa and pretty much everything at unisa it USELESS and in serious need of renovation.

The staff here clearly need a reality check as they are flipping lazy and have no customer service. All they think about is collecting a pay check.

It took me a few months to get answers out of them about applying at unisa. Only to receive feedback on my application now only to be told my application has been rejected because I don't comply with the admission requirements... WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL?

ARE YOU PEOPLE STUPID?

I am a BTECH student at cput that just needs to complete 1 subject and you tell me i dont comply with the admission requirements?

You people really need to look at the processes you use and stop running away from work early and do your damn job for a change
