Unisa ****** useless!

I have been holding for 2 hours to be assisted. Why does this useless University have telephones, let alone emails? Not to mention the useless staff!

I tried the sunnyside campus, of course a madam was on Whatsapp and when I approached was told to wait to be called. I went back in line sat there and waited. After 15 minutes I was called to be served attitude!

I am still not assisted. They still don't answer their ****** calls.
