Unisa USELESS!!

<p>I registered on the 02 Jan 2017 initially, my confirmation mail was sent. I only paid on the 25 Jan 17, payment reflected on the 26 Jan 17. To date I have not been able to download the study material......."registration in progress........"</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried tracking my parcel and it has not been despatched, I have sent emails with no response tried calling no response. Typical Unisa!!</p> <p> </p> <p>You have a direct impact on my future and this **** sets me back. I demand answers. I have registered more than twice thinking that each time, just maybe the system will be updated.....no communication, NOTHING!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE SORT THIS LIKE YESTERDAY!!!!!</p>
