UNISA Unwilling to fix their mistake.

On the eve of 02 July 2015 i received an email from UNISA stating that one of my subjects which I had been registered for and had already written the exam for had been CANCELLED! . In shock i ask my boss to take leave, go to their Florida office and resolve the matter. After a short wait, a very helpfull lady checked the system and saw my subject was cancelled in error by a senior person and confirmed that it was in error. She asured me thqt it would be sorted out that day. Later that day i received an email saying that ive been re-registered for the subject. Yay. Only its the wrong language and not part of my academic record at all. I pointed it out to them on on the same day and followed up every day since only to be completely ignored. 6 months!! Thrown in the junkbox because UNISA refuses to correct their own errors.
