Unisa unresponsive

I have been struggling to get anyone to address my issue of being blocked out of my modules due to an issue on my authentication app. I have spent hours phoning with no answer and have send many emails to every email address I could get hold of with no response. I need a solution. I am paid up and need to start my year.
