Unisa unreachable and they don't respond in time, they don't even evaluate applications to the best of their abilities

Unisa never replies to student on time. I app**** for exemptions early February 2023, but I got an email today that doesn't even stipulate what went down with my exemption application, they took a letter that they sent last year and just changed the date to 2023 then forwarded it to me. I spent 2hrs on line holding trying to reach UNISA. My student number ***2. Unisa fails us as students because now I have to waste time by doing assignments of modules I have already completed because I am not sure if I will ever be able to get hold of unisa or if my exemptions will be assessed.
