Unisa- Uneased student

Good day

I am highly frustrated with the service received from Unisa... they don't give proper information on what they need from applicants when applying... I app**** to study social work and the hassle that I have been through since last year till now is unbearable. We are talking about people's futures here and they just don't seem to care... if it is not this document that is outstanding then it's the other... they ask for police clearance but don't specify if the want and South African clearance or international... today after I have done the South African police clearance I have to find out that theyou don't want that one they want an international clearance... why???? If I am born in South Africa???? Not to talk about the testimonials... they dont specify that they only want school, church and community leaders... they say creditable people... what are a registered social worker? Captain of the police??? Are they not creditable??? I have handed in my two letters from "church and school" no reply yet... I'll have to wait 2 to 3 months for international clearance and yet I still cannot register... Unisa don't understand that this is our lively hoods that they are messing with... we have jobs and cannot go to the office and up and down the whole time... they need to give clear information when students are applying as well as on their Web site... state: * Two testimonials from either your school, church or community leader no other testimonial will be accepted. * International police clearance not South Africa or Local police clearance
