Unisa Unacceptable!!

I recieved my acceptance letter to confirm I can register for 2019. When going online they say i dont have enough credits. I sent 2 emails to unisa on the 3rd of January to ask for feedback and assistance and there was no acknowledgement of this. I need to get my registration sorted before it is to late. My student number is ********** 9. This is absolutely unacceptable, Students are suppose to be confident in their universities. As a university you should also follow your values and be there for your students as you promise.

I accepted my offer with unisa to study BA in Criminology. Here with my letter confirming-

Dear prospective student Thank you for your application to study at Unisa. I am pleased to inform you that your application has now been processed for the qualification(s) you app**** for. The outcome of your application: 98681 BA (CRIM): admission granted. Your student number for studying at Unisa is ********** 9. Please quote this number in all future correspondence with the University. Further documents will be requested if you are applying for conditional exemption. Please note that if you have been admitted to the first semester of the 2019 academic year but do not register, you will have to re-apply for admission in the next application period. You can access the registration information on the Unisa website (www.unisa.ac.za). To assist with your registration, please (i) register as early as possible; (ii) register online at https://registration.unisa.ac.za/info/ using your student number. The steps to be followed for the online registration process will be clearly set out on the Unisa website. Students that are phased-out due to not having obtained the required number of credits by the time the results are released, will not be allowed to re-register for any formal qualification. These students must first comply with the readmission requirements. Unisa looks forward to welcoming you as a student in 2019. Yours faithfully Deputy Registrar

I was also looking forward to studying. So please Unisa help!

Regards, Landi
