Unisa unable to update their own system

After divorce I requested Unisa to update my details with my ****en surname and it's been over a year now trying to get them to update the system. MyUnisa admin has the correct surname but Modules and email notifications for assignments refer to me with the incorrect surname and no one in Unisa is able to update their system. For the amount of money one pays to be in Unisa their service is one of the worst, u have to beg them to do their job and they still fail
