Unisa Troubles

It is already June and I am yet to receive my Nsfas incidency allowance. I have tried several times to enquire on the matter to no avail.

Its bad enough we Unisa students are deprived of allowances that students at other universities or colleges (who also live at home) receive them, but to take over 6 months to upload that little that is due to us is very upsetting.

What exactly is the hold-up?
