Unisa Transcripts

Trying to get hold of Unisa help to send my transcripts to WES. I have sent various emails with all required documents and forms. I also called and after numerous tries, actually was able to get someone who answers the phone. He told me that no info gets sent anywhere unless i go into the offices and request it, or I can get it via email to my unisa email account. But WES requires it to be directly sent from the university's account. this is now almost a year ive been trying to get my transcripts. What else can i do??
