UNISA - TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

My Student number is ********** 0, I have completed a Diploma in Safety Management last year through UNISA and I’m currently completing my Btech but my status on MyUnisa is still showing “FINAL STUDENT”. I went to UNISA in Durban, made phone calls in Pretoria and sent more than 15 emails to different departments and I was told they can't do an audit on my account as I'm currently owing money to UNISA but I have paid in full last year for my diploma. I'm only owing them money on my new qualification ( Btech) which I'm currently completing this year. The audit was supposed to be done in December 2016 and we in the 8th month of 2017 still not done.

I'm very disappointed with UNISA, I have missed many opportunities due to this as I cannot produce certificate when requested. I'm failing to understanding how can they allow students register for another qualification while an audit hasn't been conducted on a previous qualification. I'm not even interested in graduating any more, I just want my certificate.
