Unisa The WORST University!

To start with, at the beginning of the semester I had to pay my semester, I was almost late with my payment because when i tried to call Potchefstroom Campus North West Nobody answered and i also tried Pretoria Campus nobody answered. Why does Unisa even have telephones??? I am a year now with unisa in the whole year nobody ever answered a phone. AND then when my books were delivered, there were only two books in my package and I had an assignment coming and did not have the book, i had to go and print a book and pay for it, WHY ARE WE PAYING UNISA THEN??? My books looked like they were in an accident, some of the looked like they were cut on the top an bottom like the letter V and not straight. if you have to give it your all you have to learn from proper things. I couldn't get on myunisa today i tried to call 17 different numbers not one answer then I called the NR in George Western Cape the fist one to answer in a year! The were arrogant and told me to send my assignment in the mail, how can i post a assignment that has to be submitted before 12 o'clock tonight? They Change the assignment dates just when they want to, I am SICK and TIRED OF UNISA! The worst UNIVERSITY EVER!
