Unisa: The worst South African ODL university, ever!

I was granted a bursary in 2023 by the company I'm working for to finish my studies with Unisa in 2024. I registered for my year modules and now the company wants to make payment but is unable to because ****** Unisa won't generate an invoice for me, since January 2024 it's now March, 31st 2024 (the actual date when this review was written). I have sent numerous emails on their *** email with only a receipt of an auto response. I have visited my Unisa support office in Johannesburg and they couldn't help either, they told me to send an emai (the same email where no one responds). They don't answer their phones. I am so ****ed. I wouldn't recomend Unisa to anyone, local or abroad, fresh from high school or not. Never! Something like an invoice should be very quick to get, even online. Unisa is the worst SA online distance learning university, ever. Can humanoids replace the Unisa staff already, please, because it's already a bull**** university.
