UNISA the worst institution by far!

I am a student with UNISA since the year 2018. I am enrolled for the BEd degree. When I start with them, I was told I needed to apply for matric exemption, which I did. I received the same email regarding having to apply for the exemption again, I responded, but to date, no luck. On the email I asked whether I needed to do this exemption application every year.

I have been trying to register with them for the year 2020 since before the strike commenced. My problem is that I was not able register successfully and decided to send an email to them. I received an auto response, and no response after that. I have made numerous efforts to get this resolved, I have now decided to enrol elsewhere as of next year.
