UNISA- THE WORST EXPERIENCE

Ever tried ANY of the UNISA contact mails, tel no's, call centre for assistance. MISSION IMPOSSIBLE! My experience is that UNISA offer NO SUPPORT for student barring automated response mails which does not address anything. Getting UNISA to RESPOND to any registration mails are impossible, thus getting assistance with registration is a BATTLE that cannot be won. If anyone out there can assist me in getting UNISA to respond in actual assistance on studies, which supposedly their primary function, lease let me in know via / inbox, Much appreciated.
