UNISA - Terrible Service - No People Skills - Robots - Ignores - No reply - We are human too

I had registered in 2019/2020 for my honours. However soon after I had cancelled and Asked for a refund as I could not pursue. My email was read and acknowledged in 2020 however I am now being called to pay UNISA for exams that I did not write and Supposedly handed over to attorneys which I will not accept.

Where is UNISA'S integrity and Value as I have not received a SINGLE CALL from them saying I owe them money ....

UNISA needs to get their Admin in order and somebody needs to Acknowledge my communications and Proof!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
