UNISA - terrible service!

I registered with UNISA before Registrations closed in 2020. I received my a confirmation letter of Application - but whenever I call UNISA (and I've tried ALL the numbers, email addresses etc) I cannot seem to reach anyone! No one answers the telephone and my e-mails also goes unanswered! Terrible service!!!!
