Unisa- terrible communication system!!!

Unisa really plays with a person's future. I have no words to describe how pathetic their communication is. They are a disappointment. I would not advise anyone to get a qualification through them. They are not worth the of a name online distance learning institution because what is distance learning without good communication. I have been trying for weeks now to get an invoice from them so that my company can pay for my fees this semester but as usual no response. It is really disappointing and heartbreaking how they can be able to ruin a persons education like this.
