UNISA terrible administration

UNISA administration is terrible. Finished my degree in May 2019 (after so many changes to the curriculum). I have been calling,emailing and riving to UNISA Richards Bay and Pretoria to get my qualification confirmed. They delayed so many peoples graduations, some like me are still waiting for them. There are no responses to emails, when you call they tell you everything is in order they are just waiting on the audit department to finalise then nothing happens after that. We are in limbo- cant apply for jobs with no qualification, cant apply for postgraduate studies and nobody is giving any answers. We need these qualifications. #Black Friday
