UNISA Study Fees Refund

Never have I been treated so badly by UNISA. They claim they are so efficient but that is far from the truth. They owe me my money refund since the 04th of October 2018. After about 10 emails i still get no response and also they dont answer telephones. You have to pay them before they release anything to the students but once they have your money they think they can take their time in paying it back. Claiming it takes 15 working days mine has to escalated to almost 25 working days. They are litterally *****ing my money now. I can not believe a big institution like UNISA treats their students with such disrespect.
