Unisa study fees

My student number is ***4,and my study fees are paid by JBMarks Trust and fees were paid in February but uptodate I haven't received my examination results it says I am owing I have send several emails to UNISA they are not answering or fixing my problem and now registration for this semester is almost closing .I cannot finalist my registration without my results I am frustrated and unisa is not answering my call mycell number is ***
