UNISA ,STUDENTS DONT MATTER

Cancelled one module and registered for another because exams day clashed. I asked Unisa to refund me to pay for the re registered module, they agreed, only if I return the cancelled module's study material, which I have. Still no refund and no response from them. I even copied the oombudsman in the mail, they are even worse. They don't even open mails. I would really appreciate your help on this matter and hopefully with your intervention it will be resolved soon.
