UNISA Student support/contact centers really sucks

I'm registered student 2nd semester and not all my modules were loaded on myUnisa profile .Useless student advisor (Melvin Masilela )keeps on going back and forth with what is missing on my account and I kept on telling him same thing over and over with them initiated the investigation

I have sent 5 emails try their call center without getting through .The worse is is that I missing my due dates on my compulsory assignments .

If things are not working , by all means close it down .I'm so sad and frustrated with the service is so poor
